For Consumers:

For Businesses:  

Opportunity to create a profile, showcase services/products, and connect with potential customers. 

Amritsar Links acts only as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any transaction or service provided by listed businesses. 

You agree to: 

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. 

Use the platform only for lawful purposes. 

Not post offensive, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content. 

Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way. 

Businesses must ensure that: 

Listings comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

Services/products offered are genuine and not misleading. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use. 

Payments (if applicable) for featured listings, promotions, or transactions through the platform must be made through authorized channels. 

Amritsar Links is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or failed payments between consumers and businesses, unless directly facilitated through our secure payment system. 

Users retain ownership of the content they post (reviews, business details, etc.). 

By posting, you grant Amritsar Links a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. 

Amritsar Links reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. 

Amritsar Links is a digital platform and does not endorse or guarantee any business, product, or service listed. 

We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between businesses and consumers. 

Use of our Services is at your own risk and responsibility. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities. 

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Amritsar Links is not responsible for their content, practices, or transactions. 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted with the “Last Updated” date, and continued use of our Services means you accept the changes. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
